If I could change my world, I would steal your pain away with a forbidden hullo and a hopeful grin. I would attain the dream of this life being what it should be with the God given gift of understanding, and there would be no animosity.
If I could change my world, (and believe me when I say I will), I would hold the preciousness of your life in my hands until you came to learn that you are truly blessed. I would hold you close until you saw the grace of hardship and the strength of acceptance.
And I would change my world until you could look up and honestly say;
