Rambling
Not much to say.
But I suddenly understand something.
That concern
for no real reason.
That intangible…
fear?
When I know it has
no bearing on the
grand scheme of things
(I’m in love with HIM).
And I know that
I’m in good company.
You know, understanding.
But it really is a part of
me.
And when the eye is drawn
to a beautiful body,
and the boys make their

Dear Ghost
I want to meet you.
To look into the eyes of
my ghost and say
well…
that’s the great mystery,
isn’t it?
What would I say?
What would you say?
Or would we face each other
in silence and wonder.
Because you are the yin
to my yang.
My blue flame.
My greatest mistake
yet to be made.
And oh, how I long to meet
you.

Come Back
The past bleeds through the words littering pages seeping into mind body spirit and finding no end on a long drive into the city as the world swirls into that terrifying place called home and we don’t bother looking back until we hit the breaks and give a quick grin hug smile and understand the past will always come back.
Questions
I don’t know what to say,
come the time I see you again.
I know it will come,
soon no doubt.
Do I greet you with a hug?
A welcome worthy of a
friend? A welcome worthy
of a good man?
Do I greet you with suspicious
eyes and gaurded comments?
Like I would any other
person guilty as yourself?
Friend, for that is how I came
to know you. Friend, for that
is what I wish you to...
Grow
To be alive is to allow your passion to become you.
I long to taste inspiration, and to feel the warmth of words swirl about me and embrace the core of my being. I want to grow and evolve and learn what it truly means to be a poet.
To weave words as fine as Egyptian Cotton.
To leave a mark on others…
no.
On myself.
So I’ll start quite simply with this:
I am a poet. I will...
The Customer Code of Conduct
To all the customers in the world, here is a loving code of conduct, courtesy of one who serves. The rules are few and simple, though more often than not go without following. If you wish for service with a smile, then I suggest you abide by the following rules carefully, remembering that what you are prepared to eat, drink or use, must first go through the person handing it to you. Bearing in...
Just Because I Could
If I could change my world, I would steal your pain away with a forbidden hullo and a hopeful grin. I would attain the dream of this life being what it should be with the God given gift of understanding, and there would be no animosity. If I could change my world, (and believe me when I say I will), I would hold the preciousness of your life in my hands until you came to learn that you are truly...
Strength
I saw you today puffing the world away at the end of a poorly lit cigarette. Reflection caught in the glass of empty eyes. It’s so hard to believe, isn’t it? That you’re so much like me. But your spirit hasn’t been caught yet. Still lost on the breeze, caught in the forgetful ocean. And you believe that you’ve found strength. Sure. But remember this. I saw you today...
